NQAV was awarded the project of upgrading the meeting/conference rooms AV systems as well as a complete overhaul of the venue’s Digital Sound Processor system to distribute multiple streams of audio over an IP network throughout the entire venue.
Within the meeting rooms, new 6000 ANSI Projectors, 180 Inch Motorised Projection Screens, AMX SVSi Video over IP encoder wall plates, Bose WP22BU-D Dante Wall Plates, Bose Panaray Speakers and AMX Touch Panels were installed and commissioned by NQAV. The back end was complimented with an AMX NX-2200 Control Processor, and a Bose ControlSpace EX1280 DSP connected through a Cisco Managed network switch.
A complete upgrade of the aging Media Matrix DSP system was required as part of this project. This change was part of a larger design proposed by NQAV to facilitate audio outcomes better using Dante throughout the entire venue. To achieve this outcome, a Bose Dante Audio Network was designed and implemented by NQAV using 2 EX1280’s and 3 EX880 with Dante cards.
The audio network was made up using both Analogue and Dante Audio Sources utilising a total of 4 Cisco Managed Network Switches and comprising over 20 different Sources and almost 30 independent Audio Zones.
